Entries are now being taken for the 7 Sunshine Coast Marathon and Community Run Festival which is due to be held on Sunday the 25th of August. The aim of this Sunshine Coast event is to bring together 10 000 runners of all ages and abilities in celebration of fun, health and community awareness. This great event in its second year hopes also to increase the amount of money raised with this years major beneficiary the very worth while Ronald McDonald House Charities who provide facilities for families of seriously ill kids.

The course follows some of the Sunshine Coast’s most beautiful beaches and is flat and fast, perfect for competitors as well as spectators.
