“My family and I have stayed here every Summer for 5 years. Britt and Grant are very welcoming, helpful and amazing. The rooms are always clean and homey, providing all the necessities for a family holiday including full kitchen and laundry facilities. The view is spectacular and the pool and spa are beautiful. The location is wonderful as it’s close to Sunshine Plaza, Big Top shopping centre, Cotton Tree, playgrounds and Ocean St which has great bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Trafalgar Towers for a family holiday and we’ll be returning again next year.”

“Lovely place for a holiday and you don’t need a car although there’s free parking if you have one. Fantastic infinity pool overlooking the river with nice spa lovely to swim and watch the birds water and boats and kayaks float by an ever changing view. Nice games room with pool table and table tennis bbq and tennis courts in the garden. Kayaks to rent at reception. Walk to shops good bus service to get you to Noosa one way and Caloundra the other and all points in between. We stayed in the C apartment with the best views and away from the noisy building development on the A& B side. A great place to stay and so convenient to lots of shops and restaurants and The plaza which is a huge shopping centre with all you could ever need!! Have fun.”

“I recently returned from my third stay at Trafalgar Towers in 18 months and am about to return for my fourth stay in January. I have stayed at most of the quality establishments between Maroochydore and Mooloolaba over the last 20 years but I would have to say that Trafalgar Towers is the standout property for me. The rooms are always immaculate and I am a very fussy guest. The facilities are second to none and the condition of the common areas is just remarkable. From the beautiful pool and spa to the gardens, games room and pontoon, this property is just flawless. The value for money it represents also is outstanding. The service I have received has always been absolutely exemplary, from the lovely Britt and Grant, to the receptionists, ground staff and cleaners. There is simply no other property I would rather holiday at in Maroochydore. Thanks to all and I look forward to many happy returns!”

“My wife and I together with our son and his family spent time here. We each had our own separate apartments .The apartments were very clean and tidy , also very roomy, both had 2 bedrooms. They had everything we required for a very enjoyable stay, and being winter it was a bonus to have a heated swimming pool, also the property is just short walk away from any number of good restaurant’s and shops. We will definitely return”

“We have been coming to Trafalgar regularly for 15 years – we love it! Britt and Grant and Lillian take such fabulous care of us every time! We have tried so many of the different apartments and love the views from every balcony. We have spent many relaxing and enjoyable hours sitting on the balconies (front or back) enjoying the Maroochy river or the city lights at night. We always make use of the pool and spa (always impeccable), try out the tennis court, borrow books from the communal library and stage or own ping pong championship. Trafalgar is so centrally located – bakeries, cafes, Ocean Street, Big Top, tavern and Plaza – all within walking distance”

“Thanks Britt & Grant for making our holiday a special time. We stayed for a week in the penthouse and it was amazing, had everything we needed, heaps of space and great views. Thanks Britt for helping us with organising our whale watching tour on the wild one, seeing a whale breach and also come up to the boat and lie on its back and wave to us, was something I will never forget & Fraser island was great too, seeing a dingo, visiting Lake MacKenzie and the drivers Andrew & Steve were great too. Loved using your kayaks to go up and down the river. Thanks for also giving us info on places to eat that was so helpful. You made our holiday a lot easier with all your help!!!! Susanne & Paul”

“We have stayed once before in this beautiful location, last time in the central 4th floor unit which was lovely. This time, however, there were no 2 bed deluxe units available, so we were offered the penthouse. Wow! This unit is 15C (which means central) and it has views to die for right up the river and beyond to the ocean and cotton tree. Absolutely amazing and much more interesting than just a view of the ocean. The unit is very spacious with entry on the 15th floor and also through the WIR to the main bedroom on the 16th floor. There is a compact internal staircase, but those with mobility issues could easily just nip out and get the lift to the next level to the bedrooms. It is 3 bedroom, but is cheaper if you only use 1 or 2 bedrooms. It also has 2 large bathrooms upstairs – each with a spa bath and double sinks. One has a double shower too. There is also a third toilet and sink on the lower floor. The lounge is incredibly comfortable and huge (also has a recliner). The kitchen is massive and well appointed with stove, dishwasher, microwave. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer and a convenient garbage shute outside the unit. The main bedroom upstairs has a king bed and large wall mounted to with Foxtel. Downstairs, there is also a large TV with Foxtel. The best bit? There are four balconies over the two levels, each with sliding or bifold doors to take in the amazing views. We stayed 4 nights with kids but could easily have been comfortable here for two weeks. The unit is not new, but the spaciousness, views and extra bathrooms, spas etc ensure this doesn’t matter. There are also two car spaces allocated for this unit. The complex itself is non-smoking and well maintained with a gorgeous infinity pool, pool area, heated spa, nice gardens, large marina (you can fish off there), pool table ($3), table tennis, tennis court, kayak hire and tour information. The friendly managers also offer 10% off for return guests and special deals throughout the year.”

“We stayed for 6 nights, Britt and Grant were very friendly and helpful. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the sixth floor, the river front location was great, with nice views, and a private jetty. The room was modern and very clean. Short walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is a games room, pool, sauna and tennis court to fill in the quiet days. Great place to stay.”

“Recently we stayed at Trafalgar Towers for a short break. This was the first visit and it will not be the last. Situated right on the river with glorious views over river to ocean or, in our case views of ocean and hinterland. No pretensions here this is a great place to stay no matter if you are a couple, solo or family. Withing walking distance to food and shopping precints and yes, you can walk to the beach
The units are clean, comfortable and well furnished to make your stay a ‘home away from home’.

Immaculate apartment with new furniture, lovely polished tiled floors & well equipped kitchen. The view of the river & ocean is breathtaking. “We stayed here during the first week of the school holidays as a family of four in a two bedroom, two bathroom unit on the fourth floor. We had the best break we have had in ages! The host was very friendly and helpful – nothing was too much bother, the unit was spacious, clean and very well appointed. It had a lovely modern kitchen, comfortable beds, and everything you could possibly want to have a comfortable stay. We stayed five nights but could have easily stayed for weeks. The huge balcony was to die for, very spacious and the sliding doors opened all the way back to one side to reveal a spectacular view of the Maroochydore river and beyond. The pool area is very nice with an infinity pool and spa plus modern furniture. There is a ping pong table, pool table, sauna, kayaks to hire, a boat ramp to fish from, tennis court, under cover secure parking, lovely bbq area and the best part of all?? The unit complex is non-smoking, even on the balconies and pool area which we absolutely LOVED. You can smoke at the bbbq area or outside the property. This is a big drawcard for us and means we will be back soon! Highly recommended”

“We recently stayed at Trafalgar Towers for 7 nights and loved it. Whist the Hotel is a little older, our room was refurbished and very comfortable, spacious and with everything you could want. We had a beautiful view of the river and we spent our days fishing from the pontoon, kayaking out to the sand dunes in the middle of the river to sunbathe, swim and build sandcastles (or silage pits – I have country kids), and enjoying the lovely pool and spa. We normally stay at a more upmarket place and was worried about the smaller facilities however with so much to do around the area, we often had the pool to ourselves or with only a few other guests (rather than our usual place where the pool and spa are always very crowded and you are lucky to get a sun lounge or chair). Beautiful grounds! We have a large vehicle which did not fit in the basement carpark (1.9m height limit) however the managers re-arranged their own car parking so I could park off the street – thank you so much! A great park for the kids is located an easy walk away and it was lovely to stroll there late afternoons and pick up takeaway from one of several restaurants on the way back for dinner. Sunshine Plaza is a five minute, easy walk away for shops and movies! Thanks for a really, really relaxing and enjoyable holiday. A great spot and we will be back”
